3.2 Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are our promotional sweepstakes entries. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. They are always given away for free as a promotional bonus when purchasing certain Gold Coin packages, through daily login bonuses, via social media giveaways, or through our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) mail-in request process.

Sweeps Coins won through gameplay can be redeemed for real-world prizes, subject to our verification procedures and minimum redemption thresholds.

4. Purchases, Refunds, and Chargebacks

All purchases of Gold Coin packages on the Crown Coins Casino platform are final. Due to the digital nature of our virtual currency, we do not offer refunds for any purchases once the transaction is complete and the Gold Coins have been credited to your account.

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent claim against a legitimate purchase, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, seize all remaining Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and ban you from the platform. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds lost due to fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Prize Redemptions and Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure environment and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, Crown Coins Casino enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Before any player can redeem Sweeps Coins for real cash prizes or digital gift cards, they must successfully pass identity verification.
